MELROSE LADY DUTCHMEN GIRLS BASKETBALL
Chris Anderson, head coach since the 2009-10 season at Melrose, confirmed he will be accepting the head boys coaching position at Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa.
MELROSE DUTCHMEN AND LADY DUTCHMEN GOLF:
Boys: The Dutchmen finished sixth at Minnewaska and sixth at Morris. At Minnewaska Isaac Lieser, Blake Loxtercamp and Zach Austing all scored in the top 30 of the participating golfers. Lieser scored in the top 10 in the match at Morris
Girls: The Lady Dutchmen were fifth at Minnewaska and eighth at Morris. Kate Maus qualified for the top ten scoring a 48 at Minnewaska. Loxtercamp scored a 52. At Morris Loxtercamp had Melrose's best score with a 54 and Maus scored a 55.
MELROSE LADY DUTCHMEN SOFTBALL: 
Melrose defeated Atwater 16-6 in six innings. The Lady Dutchmen pounded out 14 hits this afternoon with Justine Revermann hitting three of them.  Emily Tschida had had home run. Kayla Austing, who did not record a hit or an at bat, scored three runs for the Lady Dutchmen. Justine Revermann had five steals for Melrose, which finished with 12 steals in the game.
