Despite being surrounded by MACA defenders, Justin
Middendorf found his way to the basket to score, drawing fouls and picking up
rebounds. The Dutchmen had to
battle back from a seven point deficit in the second half to post their 22nd
win of the year.
Lady Dutchmen Basketball
Albany topped the Lady Dutchmen 60-34 Tuesday night. Cassie
Klaphake’ 16 points led the Lady Dutchmen. She had four three pointers.
On Monday Osakis’ height gave them an advantage in the 81-34
win over Melrose. Maci Blommel
scored 13 to lead the Melrose.
Prairie Centre North Stars Hockey
Prairie Centre downed Redwood Valley 5-2 on Monday. Goals by
Noah Fletcher, Petr Erhart and Hunter Fletcher put the North Stars up 3-1. In
the third period Hunter Fletcher and Brady Miller added goals. Jesse Gould had 26 saves in the game.
