Pierz downed Melrose 46-6 at
Melrose this evening. Pierz dominate every aspect of the game holding Melrose
to 49 yards rushing and 95 yards passing. The Pioneers took a 19-0 first quarter lead and never
looked back. Melrose’s only score
came on a third quarter pass from Reegan Nelson to Brady Birch. The Dutchmen
next face Rockford next Friday night.
Lady Dutchmen Tennis
Melrose’s match with Montevideo, which
was moved to today because of rain yesterday, has been suspended to be
completed at a later date.
Lady Dutchmen Volleyball
The Lady Dutchmen Volleyball team
fell 3-1 to Montevideo yesterday at Montevideo. Game scores were 25-27, 19-25,
25-23, 12-25. Abby Hinnenkamp had
13 kills in the game. Taryn Van Heel had 30 digs.
