SWIMMING
The Melrose Lady Dutchmen swimming and diving team finished 16th in the state swimming and diving tournament in Minneapolis. Sartell-St. Stephen was the team champion.
Melrose did not have any swimmer in the championship heat (top eight) but did have two swimmers finish in ninth place.
Melrose finishes on the final day were:
200MR: 16-Jordan Doetkott, Sydney Rasmussen, Gabi Sawyer, Amanda Warzecha 1:55.97.
200FS: 16-Annie Herkenhoff 2:01.34.
50FS: 12-Warzecha 24.87
Diving: 15-Morgan Kingston 297.30
100FLY: 9-Sawyer 59.64
100FS: 12-Warzecha 54.90
500FS: 9-Herkenhoff 5:19.31, 11-Sam Rasmussen 5:22.13.
400FSR: 14- Sawyer, Herkenhoff, Warzecha, Sam Rasmussen 3:46.17
