| Digs by Maddie Dufer (5), sets by Makiya Luetmer and hits by Courtney Gerads (4) resulted a bump-set-spike points for the Lady Dutchmen.It was a busy night for the Melrose Lady Dutchmen teams Tuesday, and they had their successes. The volleyball team took its match with Benson 3-0 and while the swimmer defeated Minnewaska/Morris. The Lady Dutchmen Cross-Country team was finished fourth at Sauk Centre, the same finish as that recorded by the boys team. The soccer team found it rough going at Minnewaska and fell 7-0 in a road game. More on the contests will appear in the Oct. 11 issue of the Melrose Beacon. |
