 Dutchmen Basketball

The Dutchmen, despite a 23-point lead at one point had to hit free throws and play good defense to win 62-58 over Albany.  
Melrose had a 23-0 lead with 6:30 left in he half. Albany  then went on an 11-0 run, and was able to close the gap before the game ended. Dillon Haider (11) and Drake Meyer (right) both had 18 points in the game Tyler Braegelmann added 11 more. Kyle Birr (12) of Albany had 32 points in the game. SCM had four pins its 54-30 win over Bertha-Hewitt/Vernadale.
It also defeated Border West 46-23.
