LADY DUTCHMEN VOLLEYBALL
Melrose moved into a tie for first place in the West Central Conference-North with a 3-0 win over Montevideo. Melrose is now 11-1 in the WCC-N and tied with Sauk Centre. MELROSE CROSS COUNTRY
Both the Dutchmen and Lady Dutchmen cross country teams finished in seventh place this afternoon at Albany. Brian Thielen was the top finisher for the Dutchmen.. He finished in 30th place. Ashley Herdering was the Lady Dutchmen top finisher in the girls race. She took 21st place.
LADY DUTCHMEN TENNIS
Osakis defeated Melrose 4-3 in the playoff semi-finals and ended Melrose's team seasonOsakis the first four contests winning at three singles and four singles and two and three doubles Melrose won the number one and two singles and doubles contests.
Earlier Minnewaska topped Sauk Centre in the semi finals. Osakis and Minnewaska played for the section championship.
DUTCHMEN SOCCER
Melrose-Prinsburg soccer game was cancelled.
