MELROSE DUTCHMEN BASKETBALL
The Melrose Dutchmen fell 65-59 in overtime at Litchfield this evening. Melrose led 51-50 with 13 second left. Litchfield cashed on one shot in a two-shot free throw opportunity to tie the game with four seconds left. Scott Stone (19) and Isaac Sawyer (18) led the Melrose scoring.
In the overtime Litchfield shot better and effectively slowed the game once it had the lead.
