Citing personal and family reasons Melrose head football coach Jay DeCann announced his resignation as head coach. Vaughn Glasener was named interim head coach.

TENNIS

The Lady Dutchmen defeated Sauk Centre 6-1 at Melrose.
Melrose won the number 1, 2 and 4 singles contests and the number 1, 2 and 3 doubles contests.
